Tuition remains the single most important school family commitment to the overall school operating cost. To help us manage this important commitment we will work with the FACTS Management Company for the 2008-2009 school year. We believe this collaboration will have significant benefits for school finances and school families.

For the 2008-2009 school year parents may pay their tuition in any one of the following ways:

OPTION ONE: Payment in Full. Payment directly to the school by check or cash by August 15th will entitle you to a $3% tuition discount.

OPTION TWO: Deferred payment through FACTS. For all deferred payments, tuition may be paid through one of the following methods:

1. Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) budgeted through

     FACTS. Payment day may be either the 5th or the 20th

     from checking or savings account.

2. Automatic billing to MasterCard, Discover, or AMEX

     with a convenience fee. Payment in full may also be

     made this way if you wish to collect credit card reward

     points for paying your tuition.

FACTS is a partner with many area schools, including Marquette University High School, University School, St. Margaret Mary, Milwaukee, Port Washington Catholic Schools, and others. Our partnership with FACTS will provide our staff and school community with technology like eCashier, a secure web based enrollment process; look for the link on the FACTS home page during the registration period. FACTS also has a link on its web site for parent access to their personal FACTS information.

Each year the administration and school board draw up a finely tuned budget for the upcoming school year. One of the universal challenges is to operate within that budget. Collecting the projected tuition income in a timely manner has been the major stumbling block in this process. We believe the FACTS program will help up address this challenge.
